All payments made to Baseline Scaling are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of our services—including digital systems, website builds, and setup work—once access is provided or work has begun, we do not offer refunds.


3. SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS

If you are on a monthly subscription:

Payments are billed in advance

Once a payment is processed, it is non-refundable

Cancelling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period


4. FAILED OR DISPUTED PAYMENTS

If a payment is disputed or charged back:

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access

Any outstanding balances may still be owed

You may lose access to your systems, website, and data


5. SERVICE DELIVERY

We aim to deliver all services as described. However:

Results are not guaranteed

Performance may vary depending on your business, market, and usage

Lack of results does not qualify for a refund.


6. EXCEPTIONS

Refunds will only be considered if required by law.
